GET YOUR SWEAT ON | MY FAVORITE HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT
It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that I love going to the gym. I love getting my heartrate up, and I love sweating it out. But for some, a trip to the gym is dreaded. Maybe you're not the best runner, perhaps you get bored easily. If this sounds like you, I have GREAT news! I've created a 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that will help you build endurance, enjoy running, and get sweaty! Even if you're an advanced runner, trust me, this workout is hard. After 30-minutes, you'll find yourself out of breath and drenched in the BEST way.
