Downtown Layers | An Outfit of the Day
It has been a while since I have posted an outfit of the day. So to kick off my last day of high school, first day of summer, and first weekly #OOTD post, I decided to pick one of my favorite outfits. I've been obsessing over this light blue, almost demin color. It adds the perfect amount of color for a normally black and white type of girl like myself. I also have been loving layers (but what else is new?). For this outfit, I layered my favorite sweater from Free People over a floral printed slip dress and lace shorts. It created a feminine-boho look that is atypical for myself. I slipped on a matching hue pair of ruffle socks and darker booties to deepen up my look. Since today was particualarly humid, and my hair doesn't look anywhere close to Pantene-worthy on these groggy days, I decided to pull it back into a messy bun with a crochet-style scrunchii -- another obsession of mine.
